Four Horsemen is proud to present Washington State's largest Food Truck; Osiris! The team came together with a vision and after months of careful planning and production the truck is almost ready to serve!
Executive Chef of Osiris; Mike Roseboro, has over 21 years of experience in the kitchen. Born and raised in NC, Chef took his Southern roots across the U.S.. Chef moved to Washington 3 years ago from Alaska as the Executive Chef in charge of opening and running various kitchens in the Pacific Northwest. Chef Roseboro joined forces with Four Horsemen to help build and design Osiris.
Standing at 6'8, Chef Roseboro needed a truck to fit his height and his large culinary vision resulting in the creation of this 53 ft Food Truck as Four Horsemen's next culinary endeavor.
When asked about his culinary vision for the truck, Chef Roseboro said "Northwest BBQ. It's our very own creation and unlike any other BBQ out there." The truck has a full sized Ole Hickory smoker with 150 sq ft of cooking space, and Chef plans to put it to great use making his vision of Northwest BBQ become a reality.
